Description
The Hieff™ Multiplex PCR Master Mix for NGS is a ready-to-use 2× premix developed for multiplex PCR applications. It contains a hot-start, multiplex-optimized Taq DNA polymerase blend and a proprietary amplification buffer system.
The master mix enables rapid and convenient multiplex PCR and supports efficient amplification of targets with GC content ranging from 25% to 75%. It delivers high uniformity, specificity, and sensitivity across multiple amplicons.
This reagent is suitable for multiplex amplification of 30–300 amplicons of different sizes and can also be used for capture-based assays involving thousands or more amplicons. It is widely applicable in animal and plant breeding, forensic identification, genetic disease testing, food safety analysis, and related fields.

This product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 2 years.
