Description
Hieff™ Clone Quick T4 Ligation Mix is a ready-to-use 2× premix for cloning. It is simple to operate, enabling ligation of insert fragments with vectors at 25°C for 5 minutes and saving experimental time. This kit is suitable not only for sticky-end ligation, but also compatible with blunt-end ligation and TA ligation. In addition, the reagent maintains stable reaction performance even after repeated freeze–thaw cycles.

Feature
• Fast: 5-minute quick ligation
• Efficient: high cloning positive rate
Applications
1. Size-fragment compatibility, 5 min efficient ligation

Figure 1: At 25°C for 5 min, 10930ES rapidly and efficiently ligated 100 bp, 1 kb, 4 kb, and 5 kb fragments, with a 100% positive rate for each fragment length. Top: transformation plate results; bottom: colony PCR identification electrophoresis.
2. Excellent stability

Figure 2: After storage at 25°C for 28 days and 40 freeze–thaw cycles, 10930ES still stably ligated 600 bp fragments, with a 100% positive rate. Top: transformation plate results (left: 40 freeze–thaw cycles; right: 25°C for 28 days); bottom: colony PCR identification electrophoresis.
Storage
Store at −25°C to −15°C. Shelf life: 18 months.
