Storage
Store at -25~-15℃, valid for 1 year after receipt. After reconstitution, store at 2~8°C, valid for 7 days. After reconstitution, store at -85~-65℃, valid for 3 months.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge before opening. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 50mM NaAC, 0.1M NaCl, 100mM L-arginine (pH 5.5). Reconstitution concentration exceeds 100 μg/mL. It is recommended to aliquot the protein into the amount required for each experiment when using it for the first time to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
