Beschrijving
The FuniCut™ series of restriction enzymes are engineered via recombinant DNA technology to enable precise DNA digestion within 5–15 minutes. These fast-acting restriction enzymes are suitable for rapid digestion of plasmid DNA, PCR products, genomic DNA, and other substrates. All enzymes in the FuniCut™ series share a universal digestion buffer, simplifying reaction setup. Additionally, they exhibit high activity redundancy, enabling efficient digestion even with excess substrate or challenging templates.

[Note]:*10xFuniCut™ Color Buffer includes red and yellow tracking dyes, allowing direct use of the product for gel electrophoresis. The red dye migrates similarly to a 2500 bp double-stranded DNA fragment in 1% agarose gel; the yellow dye migrates similarly to a 10 bp double-stranded DNA fragment in 1% agarose gel.
