The 10202ES water-soluble version is a completely new improvement. Since DMSO can be absorbed by the skin, it is recommended that the dye be dissolved in water to avoid potential hazards associated with handling DMSO. In the agarose gel electrophoresis experiment, the two solvents performed equally well. For other applications, customers can choose based on their needs.

YeaRed is an oily macromolecule. YeaRed forms a strong electrostatic bond with nucleic acids. When the amount of nucleic acid sample is high, it may affect the migration rate of nucleic acid molecules, causing tailing or band deformation.
