Keterangan
Restriction endonuclease ApaL I is derived from the recombinant expression of the apaLIR gene in Acetobacter pasteurianus. It specifically cleaves double-stranded DNA to produce sticky ends. This product belongs to the fast-digest enzyme series and can rapidly complete the digestion of substrates such as plasmid DNA, PCR products, and genomic DNA within 15 minutes.
