Before opening the lid, centrifuge to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute with sterile distilled water or PBS and reconstitute to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. It can be further diluted according to subsequent experiments. For long-term storage, it is recommended to add carrier protein (0.1% BSA) to the dilution buffer. Aliquot into the amount for one experiment and freeze at -80℃ to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
