The protein has a predicted MW of 17.15 kDa same as SDS-PAGE result.

Activity

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human CD40 Ligand, His Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human CD40, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.7μg/ml determined by ELISA.

Formulation

Supplied as 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, 10% glycerol (pH 7.4).

 

Storage

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
