Biotinylated Human Latent TGF beta 3 Protein (Primary Amine Labeling) is expressed from HEK293 with His tag at the N-Terminus. It contains Leu24-Ser412.[Accession | P10600-1]

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 45.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-60 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.

Endotoxin

Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.

Purity

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE

Activity

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human TGF-beta RII at 0.5μg/ml(100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human Latent TGF beta 3, His Tag with the EC50 of 73.0ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Formulation

Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM PBS (pH 7.4).

 

Storage

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
