Human PGLYRP1 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Gln22-Pro196.[Accession | O75594]

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 46.2 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 55-60 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Endotoxin

Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.

Purity

> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE

Activity

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human TREM1, His Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human PGLYRP1, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.36μg/ml determined by ELISA. 

Formulation

Supplied as 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4).

 

Storage

The product should be stored at -85~-65℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

Recommend aliquoting the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
