Beschreibung
This kit contains recombinant human IL-6, human IL-23, human TGF-β1, and human IL-1β, and is used to differentiate purified human naive CD4+ T cells into Th17 cells.
IL-6: A key pro-inflammatory factor, used at a concentration range of 10-50 ng/mL;
IL-23: Maintains and stabilizes the Th17 phenotype, at a concentration of 10-50 ng/mL;
TGF-β1: A key regulatory factor, at a concentration range of 1-10 ng/mL;
IL-1β: A potent pro-Th17 factor, at a concentration of 10-50 ng/mL.
