Hifair™ Multiplex Superfast One Step RT-qPCR Probe Mix (UDG Plus) is a reagent for multiplex quantitative PCR with RNA templates. Reverse transcription and quantitative PCR are carried out in the same reaction tube, simplifying the workflow and reducing the risk of contamination.
The kit uses reverse transcriptase to efficiently synthesize first-strand cDNA and HotStart Taq DNA Polymerase for quantitative amplification. It mainly comprises an optimized MP Buffer and Enzymes Mix. The buffer already contains Mg²⁺ and dNTPs, along with factors that effectively suppress non-specific PCR amplification and enhance the amplification efficiency of multiplex qPCR reactions. It therefore supports robust multiplex amplification without compromising primer amplification efficiency, and is compatible with fast cycling protocols. A dUTP/UDG system is also incorporated to effectively guard against aerosol contamination.
Feature
Flexible 5× Format: Single-tube, concentrated format for easy setup and custom components.
Broad Target Compatibility: Validated across animal disease and human respiratory viruses.
Fast PCR Cycling: 45 cycles in approximately 22 minutes on SLAN-48S.
Flexible Assay Development: Separate reagent and primer/probe format for assay optimization.
Carryover Contamination Control: dUTP/UDG system helps prevent carryover contamination and improve result reliability.
