Interleukin 7 (IL-7) is a cytokine involved in the regulation of immune cell development and survival, including T and B lymphocytes. It is produced by stromal cells, such as fibroblasts and bone marrow stromal cells. Dysregulation of IL-7 signaling has been implicated in autoimmune diseases and cancer.

Biological Activity |
Fully biologically active when compared to standard. rHuIL-7 stimulates proliferation of PHA-activated human peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC). The specific activity of Recombinant Human IL-7 is > 1.0 × 10^8 Units/mg, which is calibrated against human IL-7 standard. |

Reconstitution |
Centrifuge tubes before opening. Dissolve lyophilized protein with sterile PBS to ensure the concentration is greater than 100 μg/mL. |
Storage
The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.
2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
