SPR Data: Cynomolgus IL-2 R beta, His Tag captured on CM5 Chip via anti-his antibody can bind Human IL-2, No Tag with an affinity constant of 0.17 μM as determined in SPR assay .

Reconstitution Method

Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. For vials containing 25 μg or 100 μg, we recommend reconstituting to a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. For larger quantities (500 μg or 1 mg), a concentration of 1 mg/mL is suggested. During reconstitution, avoid vigorous vortexing or shaking. Aliquot the reconstituted solution as needed and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
