The Hieff^TM Magnetic Animal Tissue DNA Kit is designed for DNA extraction from 5–15 mg of animal tissue samples. 18391-G Wash Buffer A: Add 11 mL isopropanol before use.

18391-H Wash Buffer B: Add 20 mL absolute ethanol before use.

18391-I Wash Buffer C: Add 32 mL absolute ethanol before use.

Storage

Part I: Proteinase K and RNase A — Store at 2–8 °C; ship at ambient temperature. Shelf life: 18 months.

Figure 1. Mouse tail DNA extraction results.

a. RNase-treated DNA showed A260/280 and A260/230 ratios around 1.9, indicating good purity.

b. With normal mouse tail size, average DNA concentration was 106.3 ng/µL, suitable for downstream use.

C. Gel electrophoresis band intensity correlated well with measured DNA concentrations.
