The RT-LAMP Lyo-Ready Fluorescent Assay Kit (Bst Plus) is a kit capable of performing isothermal amplification using DNA and RNA as templates. This kit employs the next-generation aptamer-encapsulated Bst Plus DNA Polymerase and heat-resistant Hifair^TM III Reverse Transcriptase, along with an MRI, combined with a finely optimized buffer system, to achieve efficient, rapid, and highly specific detection reactions. It also supports room-temperature reaction system preparation. The buffers and enzyme components in the kit do not contain glycerol and can be lyophilized using the provided lyophilization protectant.
