Hieff NGS™ Fast-Pace End Repair/dA-Tailing Module is a DNA end repair/A-tailing module professionally designed for library construction on Illumina™ high-throughput sequencing platforms. It features high efficiency, speed, and ease of automation. This product is compatible with 1 ng-1 μg of fragmented input DNA and enables end blunting, 5' phosphorylation, and 3' dA-tailing of fragmented DNA in a single tube, yielding DNA products with 5' phosphate groups and 3' dA overhangs.
Feature
- Wide input range: Compatible with 1 ng–1 μg of fragmented input DNA.
- One-tube reaction: End blunting, 5′ phosphorylation, and 3′ dA-tailing of fragmented DNA are all accomplished in a single tube.
- Broad sample applicability: Suitable for cfDNA, FFPE-derived DNA, and fragmented DNA.
