This kit is an enhanced system based on the principle of topoisomerase-mediated rapid and efficient DNA fragment ligation. Compared with traditional T4 DNA ligase, it offers several significant advantages.

Simplified Workflow: From ligation to plating takes only 15–20 minutes. The protocol eliminates ice bath, heat shock, and 1-hour recovery steps.
Broad Compatibility: Efficiently ligates DNA fragments up to 5 kb.
