Description

eGFP is frequently utilized as a fluorescent tag for the observation and monitoring of protein expression and location within living cells. When eGFP-mRNA is transfected into cells, the enhanced green fluorescent protein (eGFP) is produced within the cellular environment. CleanRNA™ eGFP-mRNA (low dsRNA) is an mRNA that has been modified with a 5' cap1, a 3' poly(A) tail, and N1-Methyl-Pseudouridine Triphosphate (N1-Me-Pseudo UTP). The product is created through an in vitro transcription process using CleaScrip T7 RNA polymerase, which generates ultralow sRNA content in the mRNA solution, thus improving the in vivo performance of eGFP-mRNA.
