Species

Mouse

Expression Sequence

Glu31-His936

Accession

Q60751

Tag

C-His

Expression System

HEK293

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 80.72 kDa (alpha subunit) and 23.0 kDa (beta subunit). Due to furin cleavage and glycosylation, the protein migrates to 110-140 kDa(alpha subunit) and 50-65 kDa(beta subunit) based on SDS-PAGE result.

Purity

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Endotoxin

< 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.

Formulation

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Appearance

Lyophilized Powder

Biological Activity

【ELISA Data】 Immobilized Mouse IGF1R, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human IGFI, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 2.3μg/ml determined by ELISA.

Reconstitution Method

Before opening, centrifuge briefly. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein with distilled water to a concentration exceeding 100 μg/mL. Aliquot after initial reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Features

High purity, high activity, low endotoxin, high batch-to-batch consistency

Storage

Store at -25 to -15°C. The shelf life is 1 year from the date of receipt. After reconstitution, store at -85 to -65°C under sterile conditions for up to 3 months.
