Molecular Weight |
The protein has a predicted MW of 59.22 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 80–110 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result. |
Purity |
> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. |
Endotoxin |
< 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method. |
Formulation |
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. |
Appearance |
Lyophilized Powder |
Bioactivity |
[ELISA Data] Immobilized Human FLT3, His Tag at 0.5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human FLT3 Ligand, hFc Tag with an EC₅₀ of 12.3 ng/mL. |
Reconstitution |
Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein in distilled water to a concentration greater than 100 μg/mL. It is recommended to aliquot after reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |
Features
High purity, high bioactivity, low endotoxin, excellent batch-to-batch consistency
Storage
Store at -25°C to -15°C, valid for 1 year upon receipt.
After reconstitution, store under sterile conditions at -85°C to -65°C, valid for 3 months.
