Endotoxin |
< 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method. |
|
preparation |
Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 25mM HEPES, 150mM NaCl (pH 7.5). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization. |
|
Appearance |
Lyophilized Powder |
|
Biological Activity |
【ELISA Data】Immobilized Human PLAU, His Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human uPAR, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 2.4ng/ml determined by ELISA. |
|
Reconstitution method |
Centrifuge before opening the lid. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein with distilled water to a concentration of more than 100 μg/mL. It is recommended to aliquot the protein into the amount required for each experiment when using it for the first time to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. |
