Description
The YSNano-100 from Yeasen is a standalone full-wavelength (190–850 nm) microvolume UV-Vis spectrophotometer that does not require a connected computer. It enables rapid and accurate measurement of nucleic acids, proteins, and cell suspensions. Equipped with a cuvette mode, it can also measure the concentration of bacterial cultures and other liquid media.
The microvolume spectrophotometer requires only 0.5–2 μL of sample and delivers high accuracy and reproducibility. The sample retention system utilizes surface tension to hold the sample between two detection fibers, allowing measurement of highly concentrated samples without dilution. After measurement, the sample can either be wiped off or recovered using a pipette. This instrument is suitable for a wide range of applications, including clinical disease diagnosis, blood transfusion safety, forensic identification, environmental microbiology testing, food safety testing, and molecular biology research.
