Yeasen 24-Pin PCR Plate/Deep-Well Plate Magnetic Stand is compatible with 96-well 1.2 mL shallow well plates, 2.0 mL deep well plates, 96-well U-bottom microplates, and 0.2 mL PCR plates. It features 24 cylindrical magnetic rods, enabling sample washing by simply shifting the 96-well plate. Commonly used in applications such as nucleic acid extraction, library purification for next-generation sequencing (NGS), and hybridization capture.

Instructions
Mix magnetic beads and sample in a 1.2 mL or 2.0 mL 96-well plate. Biological magnetic beads will bind target nucleic acid molecules within 30 seconds. Place the plate containing the bead-sample mixture onto the magnetic stand. The magnetic beads (along with bound biomolecules) will be rapidly pulled to the side wall of the well, enabling separation of beads from the liquid. Once the beads are immobilized at the side of the well, unwanted liquid (containing impurities) can be removed. Additional reagents may be added as needed. After removal of the magnetic field, the magnetic beads can be resuspended in solution.

Transport at room temperature. Store at room temperature.
Notes
1. Do not autoclave the Yeasen magnetic stand. If cleaning is required, gently wipe with a clean cloth dampened with water or mild detergent.
2. For optimal performance of the Yeasen magnetic stand, use only under dry conditions at temperatures below 50°C. If the stand has been exposed to low temperatures (e.g., -20°C), allow it to return to room temperature before use. Prolonged exposure to low temperatures may result in reduced magnetic strength.
