Description

This product is a lyophilized microsphere (without primers and probes) prepared from the liquid freeze-dryable reagent of RT-LAMP pH Sensitive Dye Chromogenic Version Freeze-Dryable Kit (Cat#13920ES). The lyophilized microsphere contains essential components for Bst enzyme amplification, including dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dUTP, as well as a pH-sensitive indicator, Bst II DNA Polymerase, UDGase, RT enzyme, etc. After reconstitution, it can be used with corresponding primers and templates to detect RNA/DNA target nucleic acids. This reagent exhibits high amplification efficiency and sensitivity. Amplification results can be judged visually: positive reaction wells appear orange-yellow, while negative reaction wells appear magenta, with a strong color contrast. This product adopts lyophilization technology to convert liquid reagents into stable lyophilized microspheres, greatly facilitating storage and transportation while improving reagent stability.
