Q: The transcription buffer of Yisheng has a Mg2+ concentration of 460 mM, which is higher than that of N*, T*, and other domestic manufacturers. Relevant literature reports that the Mg2+ concentration has a significant impact on the amount of transcriptional by-products, dsRNA. Are there any relevant research data?
A: The concentration of our transcribed Buffer is 10X, and the final concentration in the IVT system is 46 mM, which is higher than that of some other brands. We have some data from a single-factor study on Mg2+ (the details are not convenient to disclose). We have determined this concentration. We also provide a buffer without Mg2+ (10669ES) to facilitate customers to adjust the final concentration of Mg2+ in the transcription system by themselves, thereby regulating the balance between IVT yield and by-products.
Q: Are there any differences between 10670ES and 10627ES?
A: The formulas are different. The 10670ES is an upgraded version. We highly recommend using the 10670ES. It has a wider application scope and better performance.
