GoldBand™ 3-color High Range Protein Marker (10-245 kDa)

250 μL

2×250 μL

10×250 μL

Storage

The product should be stored at -25℃ ~ -15℃ for two years. For regular use, it can be placed at 4, valid for three months. It is recommended to store in aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing!

Stock solution composition

62.5 mM Tris-H3PO4(pH 7.5), 2 mM EDTA, 2% (W/V) SDS, 33% (W/V) Glycerol, 5 mM DTT, 0.02% (V/V) proclin300

Instructions

1. After the product is thawed at room temperature, mix gently to fully dissolve the precipitate.

2. Then take an appropriate amount of this product into the gel hole. mini-gel: 3-5 μL;  when the thickness of the gel is greater than 1.5 mm or the macromolecular bands need to be deepened, the loading volume can be appropriately increased: 5-10 μL.

Notes

1. The product needs to be returned to room temperature before use to fully dissolve the precipitate. Incomplete protein denaturation at low temperature may lead to different degrees of dispersion of electrophoresis bands.

2. In western blot experiments, large proteins (>100 kDa) in the product may require longer transfer times or higher transfer voltages to complete transfer.

3. This product contains SDS, and the protein has been denatured, so it should not be used as a molecular weight reference standard for natural protein molecular electrophoresis.

4. The product will have deviations in protein size under different electrophoresis conditions, but after they are calibrated by non-prestained protein standards in the same buffer system, they can be used for protein determination of similar molecular weights.

5. At low concentration of gel, low molecular weight protein will swim on the dye front.

6. This product is conveniently packaged and is a ready-to-use product, do not heat, dilute or add reducing agents!

7. Please wear the necessary PPE, such lab coat and gloves, to ensure your health and safety

8. For research use only!

FAQ

Q: Why did the product exhibit varying degrees of deviation when applying the glue?

A: The pre-stained protein Marker shifts its position in different electrophoresis systems. These shifts are for reference only. Since the dye binds to the protein, it usually moves faster than the original protein in most cases. We have calibrated this with non-pre-stained Markers. For example, the 180KD band from some manufacturers appears at 140KD in the Bis-Tris system, while our 180KD band in the same system actually reaches 175KD. This proves that our shift is smaller. The reference diagram is as follows:

Q: Are the proteins labeled with pre-dyed markers? If so, what kind of label is used?

A: We have removed the "His" label without any tags.

Ceturegel™ Matrix LDEV-Free Matrix is a soluble basement membrane preparation extracted from EHS mouse tumors rich in extracellular matrix proteins. Its main components are laminin, type IV collagen, heparan sulfate proteoglycan (HSPG), and nestin as well as growth factors such as TGF-beta, EGF, IGF, FGF, tissue plasminogen activator, and other growth factors contained in EHS tumors. At room temperature, it aggregates to form a biologically active three-dimensional matrix, which simulates the structure, composition, physical properties, and functions of the cell basement membrane in vivo, which is beneficial to the culture and differentiation of cells in vitro. It can be used for studies of cell morphology, biochemical function, migration, invasion, and gene expression.

The three-dimensional culture matrix formed by Matrix can promote the adherence and differentiation of epithelial cells, hepatocytes, sertoli cells, melanoma cells, vascular endothelial cells, thyroid cells, and hair follicle cells. Ceturegel™ Matrix can affect gene expression in three-dimensional cultures of murine hepatocytes and human mammary epithelial cells. At the same time, CeturegelTM Matrix can be used as a basic scaffold for various tumor cell invasion studies using matrigel, an essential matrix for in vitro and in vivo studies of angiogenesis, and a three-dimensional scaffold for the growth of transplanted tumor cells in in vivo animal models. Ceturegel™ Matrix also supports the regeneration of peripheral nerves and the differentiation of bovine fallopian tube epithelial cells.
