The Hifair™ Lyo-Ready Robust Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Kit (UDG plus) is a reagent kit designed for multiplex quantitative PCR amplification directly from RNA templates. In this workflow, reverse transcription and qPCR are performed in a single tube, simplifying the procedure and minimizing the risk of contamination. The unique buffer and enzyme formulation enables the preparation and design of lyophilized (freeze-dried) one-step RT-qPCR reaction systems. Additionally, the kit exhibits strong resistance to inhibitors and can tolerate interference from substances such as nucleic acid release agents.

The kit contains an optimized lyophilization-compatible buffer, Enzyme Mix, and includes additives that effectively suppress non-specific PCR amplification while enhancing the efficiency of multiplex qPCR reactions—ensuring high primer amplification efficiency during simultaneous multi-target fluorescent detection.

Lyoprotectants are included in the formulation, making the kit suitable for lyophilization.

Shipping and Storage

This product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for one years. It should avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

In situ freeze-drying and freeze-dried microspheres were performed using Yeasen's RNA lyophilizable reagent (Catt#16645ES), and the freeze-dried morphology of the freeze-dried products was observed: the freeze-dried morphology was good after freeze-drying, there was no collapse on the in situ freeze-dried surface, and there was no gap in the tube; the freeze-dried microspheres were plump and smooth in shape and uniform in size.
