Beschreibung
Restriction endonuclease Fsp I is derived from the recombinant expression of the Fsp I gene in Fischerella. It specifically cleaves double-stranded DNA to produce blunt ends and is commonly used for single and double digestions. This product belongs to the fast-digest enzyme series and can rapidly complete the digestion of substrates such as plasmid DNA, PCR products, and genomic DNA within 15 minutes.
