Normal IgG is a non-specific IgG that is not labeled. It is commonly used as a control IgG (Control IgG) in antibody-related experiments such as immunoprecipitation (IP), co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP), chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP), immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence. As a control IgG, it can exclude non-specific binding of IgG itself and specific target proteins or other specific biomolecules.
Yeasen provides Normal IgG from multiple species, including Bovine, Donkey, Human, Goat, Rabbit, Mouse, Rat, and Porcine. Normal IgG products are purified from mixed normal serum using patented separation technology and are supplied in the form of freeze-dried powder. Analysis by SDS-PAGE shows that the purity of this IgG is >97%. High-quality material sources and unique production processes make it a representative product of high-quality and cost-effective immunoglobulin IgG in the current market.
Note:
When used as a control IgG, IgG must be of the same species, concentration, and subtype as the specific primary antibody used for detection. For example, if your specific primary antibody is from rabbits, you need normal rabbit IgG as a negative control.
Dissolution Method:
It is recommended to dissolve it in distilled water or other buffers (pH 7.2 ± 0.2).
Application Range:
Can be used as a co-precipitation reagent in polyethylene glycol or ammonium sulfate immunoprecipitation steps;
Used as a protein stabilizer;
Used as a blocking reagent in most immunoassay experiments;
In some biochemical analysis tests, it can also be used as an IgG control. As a control IgG, it can exclude non-specific binding of IgG itself and specific target proteins or other specific biomolecules;
Reference antigen, such as observing immune effects in drug trials, using IgG as a reference antigen.
