dNTP Mix is a premixed solution of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each with a concentration of 10 mM. It is suitable for various conventional molecular biology experiments such as PCR amplification, real-time PCR, cDNA or ordinary DNA synthesis, DNA sequencing and labeling.
dNTP Mix is prepared with ultrapure water and the pH value is adjusted to 7.0 with high-purity NaOH solution. The purity is ≥99% (HPLC). It has been tested to be free of DNase, RNase, phosphatase, etc.
