The NTP Set Solution contains four separate solutions (ATP, CTP, UTP, GTP). This product is prepared with ultrapure water, and adjusted to pH value of 7.0 with high-purity NaOH solution, with a concentration of 100 mmol/L (100 mmol/L). The purity of was ≥99% (HPLC), and there was no DNase and RNase pollution. This product is commonly used in PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, cDNA synthesis, DNA sequencing and other conventional molecular biological reactions.
The product is ready to use and can be directly used in PCR and other conventional molecular biological reactions.

Shipping and Storage
The product is shipped with dry ice and can be stored at -25℃ ~ -15℃ for 2 years. Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw.
FAQ
Q: The instruction manual says it should be stored at -20°C. Is it okay to store it at -80°C?
A: -80ºC storage has not been tested. It is recommended to store at -20ºC instead.
Q: Can these two products be diluted with sterile water? And how long can they be stored after dilution?
A: Just dilute it with sterile water. How long it can be stored after dilution? I haven't tried it yet. It is recommended to use it up as soon as possible.
