Restriction endonuclease Esp3 I is a Type IIS restriction endonuclease derived from the recombinant expression of the Esp3 IR gene in Erwinia-RFL3. It specifically cleaves double-stranded DNA. This product belongs to the fast-digest enzyme series and can rapidly complete the digestion of substrates such as plasmid DNA, PCR products, and genomic DNA within 15 minutes.
