Biological activity

ELISA Data 1:Immobilized Cynomolgus MADCAM1, His Tag at 0.5 μg/ml (100 μL/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Anti-MADCAM1 Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 3.8 ng/mL determined by ELISA.

Reconstitution Method

Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water. For vials containing 25 μg or 100 μg, we recommend reconstituting to a concentration of 0.5 mg/mL. For larger quantities (500 μg or 1 mg), a concentration of 1 mg/mL is suggested. During reconstitution, avoid vigorous vortexing or shaking. Aliquot the reconstituted solution as needed and store at -80°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
