Product introduction

This kit contains recombinant human IL-2, human IL-10, and human IL-21, which are used for the rapid induction of B cells from human PBMCs. IL-2 promotes B-cell survival and proliferation. IL-10 enhances B-cell survival and proliferation, and also induces the generation of regulatory B cells (Bregs) or specific antibodies (IgA/IgG). IL-21 drives B-cell differentiation into plasma cells, promoting antibody secretion and affinity maturation.

Reconstitution instructions

The three cytokines have the same reconstitution method, and all should be reconstituted according to the following procedure.

Before opening the vial, first centrifuge it to bring the contents down to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1–1.0 mg/mL; further dilution can be performed as needed for subsequent experiments. For long-term storage, it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% BSA) to the dilution buffer. Aliquot the solution into single-use amounts, and store at -80℃, avoiding repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Storage Conditions

Store at -25 ~ -15℃. Valid for 1 year from the date of receipt. After reconstitution, store at 2 ~ 8℃ under aseptic conditions, valid for 7 days. Alternatively, after reconstitution, store at -85 ~ -65℃ under aseptic conditions, valid for 3 months.
