The 5mL Metal Magnetic Rack is compatible with 5mL centrifuge tubes, flow tubes, and blood collection tubes, etc. (The maximum sorting pore diameter in the middle of this magnetic rack is 13 mm, so the diameter of the compatible tube needs to be less than 13 mm). There is 1 hole on the magnetic rack. The magnetic force is uniform and strong; it takes an average of 30 seconds to attract biomolecules on magnetic beads to the tube wall, thereby achieving the purpose of rapid separation and purification of cells, proteins, or nucleic acids. Suitable for experimental processes such as nucleic acid extraction, library purification for next-generation sequencing, and hybridization capture.

After mixing the bioactive magnetic beads and the sample in a 5.0 mL tube, the bioactive magnetic beads will bind the target molecules within a few minutes. Place the tube containing the mixed magnetic bead solution into the hole of the magnetic rack; the magnetic beads, along with the biomolecules on them, will be rapidly attracted to the inner wall of the tube. Once the beads are attracted to the centrifuge tube wall, it is easy to remove other impurities in the liquid while retaining the magnetic beads and target molecules. Subsequently, other reagents can be added in sequence. Remove the tube from the magnetic rack; after removing the magnetic field, the magnetic beads carrying the target molecules can be resuspended in the liquid. Then, place the tube back into the hole of the magnetic rack. Observe until the liquid becomes clear, transfer the supernatant, and sample washing is achieved.

Storage

Ship at room temperature and store at room temperature.

Precautions

1. Do not autoclave the Yeasen magnetic rack. If necessary, it can be cleaned by wiping with a clean cloth dampened with water or a mild detergent.

2. To ensure the performance of the Yeasen metal magnetic rack, please use it in a dry environment below 50°C. If the magnetic rack is placed in a low-temperature environment such as -20°C, it must be allowed to return to room temperature before use; however, please note that low temperatures may cause a reduction in magnetic force.
