The Hieff™ Pro Soil/Stool DNA Kit is designed to extract high-purity DNA from 250 to 500 mg of soil samples. Utilizing superparamagnetic bead purification technology, this method eliminates the need for toxic phenol-chloroform extraction, offering a simple and convenient workflow. The extracted DNA is ready for direct use in downstream applications such as PCR, qPCR, microarray analysis, and Sanger or Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS). When paired with automated magnetic bead extraction instruments, the kit enables high-throughput nucleic acid extraction.

Add 12 mL isopropanol into the bottle of 18527-I Wash Buffer AW.

Add 34 mL absolute ethanol into the bottle of 18527-J Wash Buffer BW.

Storage

Store Part I at 2–8°C, valid for 18 months.

Store Part II at room temperature, valid for 18 months.
