Biological activity

Measure by its ability to induce cell proliferation in PHA-activated human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBMC) using a concentration range of 5-50 ng/mL. Note: Results may vary from different PBMC donors.

Reconstitution Instructions

1. Briefly centrifuge the vial at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes before opening.

2. It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized powder with sterile water to a concentration of no less than 100 μg/mL, and let it stand for at least 20 minutes to ensure complete dissolution.

3. The reconstituted solution can be further diluted and aliquoted. When performing further dilution and aliquoting, a carrier protein (0.1% BSA, 10% FBS, or 5% HSA) must be added. For serum-free experimental requirements, a 5% trehalose solution can be used as an alternative carrier.
