The Cell Species Identification Kit (Multiplex PCR Method) is designed for the identification of cell substrate origins, ensuring correct cell line identity and absence of cross-contamination from other cell lines. It enables quality control of raw materials in cell-based biopharmaceuticals.
This kit is based on multiplex PCR amplification of mitochondrial genes from animal cells, including cytochrome b, cytochrome c oxidase I (COX I), and cytochrome c oxidase II (COX II). Species origin is determined by analyzing the amplification products via agarose gel electrophoresis.

Storage
1. Part I should be shipped at ambient temperature and stored at room temperature. Shelf life: 2 years.
2. Part II should be shipped on dry ice and stored at -25 to -15℃. Shelf life: 2 years.
3. Upon receipt, please check that all 7 components are included and immediately store them at their respective temperatures.
