This product is a lyophilized micro-core (primers and probes not included) prepared from the liquid lyo-ready formulation of the Hifair™ Lyo-Ready Multiplex One Step RT-qPCR Kit (UDG plus)(Cat#16645ES). It enables multiplex quantitative PCR reactions using RNA as a template. By combining reverse transcription and quantitative PCR in a single reaction tube, this kit simplifies experimental procedures and minimizes the risk of contamination.
Utilizing advanced lyophilization technology, this product transforms liquid reagents into stable lyophilized micro-cores. This design significantly facilitates storage and transportation while enhancing the overall stability of the reagents.

After being freeze-dried into freeze-dried microspheres using Yeasen's RNA lyophilizable reagent (Catt#16936ES), placed under different conditions (accelerated at 50°C for 33 days), and 104, and 103 copies/mL of HPIV pseudovirus templates were amplified simultaneously. The results showed that there was no significant change in the Ct value, fluorescence value, spherical shape, etc. of the freeze-dried microspheres before and after thermal acceleration, and the freeze-dried product had good stability.
