Recombinant Human HGF R/c-MET Protein is expressed from Expi293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Glu25-Thr932.

Molecular Weight

The mature form of HGF R is a heterodimer which can be cleaved into α and β chain. The protein has a predicted MW of 32.5 kDa (α chain) and 95.9 kDa (β chain Fc chimera). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-55 kDa and 100-120 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE .

Endotoxin

<1.0 EU per 1μg of the protein by the LAL method.

Formulation

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Reconstitution

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
