【ELISA Data】Immobilized Biotinylated Human CD3E&CD3D, hFc Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/Well) on streptavidin (5μg/ml) precoated plate. Dose response curve for OKT3, mFc Tag with the EC50 of 42.1ng/ml determined by ELISA.

Reconstitution Method

Before opening, centrifuge the vial briefly.

Reconstitute the lyophilized protein with distilled water to a final concentration above 100 µg/mL.

For first-time use, it is recommended to aliquot the protein according to your experimental needs to avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
