This product is a dedicated adapter set for Tn5 and Tn5-related transposases.
The series contains 8 i5 Index Primers (N5XX) and 12 i7 Index Primers (N7XX), which can be combined with each other to construct a total of 96 different dual-index libraries. The kit is available in two specifications, which can construct 24 (4 x 6) or 96 (8 x 12) dual-index libraries, respectively. The newly optimized adapters significantly improve sample amplification efficiency and library demultiplexing rate.
