In a 4-plex system, Cat#16710ES reliably detected ultra-low concentration samples (250 copies/mL), demonstrating excellent sensitivity with a detection limit of at least 250 copies/mL.

Yeasen’s premix (Cat#16710ES) was tested under 4°C, 37°C (7 days), and 50 freeze-thaw cycles. Compared to the -20°C control, ΔCt values stayed within ±0.5 and fluorescence deviations under 15% across four multiplex qPCR systems (3 quadruplex, 1 triplex), confirming its strong stability.

NTC (no template control) qPCR using Yeasen one-tube premix (Cat#16713ES) and conventional reagents was tested on E. coli, P. aeruginosa, MecA, and human DNA systems. No amplification was detected in 48-well NTCs with Yeasen premix, confirming ultra-low background bacterial and human DNA contamination.

Seven gradient samples (1–10⁶ copies/μL) were tested using both standard (66 min) and rapid (30 min) protocols on ABI Q5. The rapid protocol showed >99% efficiency, ΔCt within ±0.5, fluorescence deviation within ±10%, and typical S-shaped amplification curves.

Yeasen’s reagent matched the conventional reagent in performance and showed 1–2 cycle earlier Ct values than T brand, indicating better sensitivity at low target levels.

(A) 4 °C, 7-Day Stability: Yeasen premix with primers/probes showed stable Ct and fluorescence values for Influenza A/B (2000 & 200 copies/mL), with better performance than competitor T after 7 days at 4 °C.

(B) 37 °C, 5-Day Accelerated Stability: Yeasen premix remained stable after 5 days at 37 °C, with no Ct shift when detecting RBP (5000 copies/mL) and RSV (500 copies/mL).
