Biological Activity

【Cell Based Assay】Measured by its ability to inhibit rhBMP4-induced alkaline phosphatase production by ATDC5 cells. The ED50 for this effect is typically 0.5 - 2.5 μg/mL in the presence of 50 ng/mL of recombinant human BMP4.

Reconstitution Method

Before opening, centrifuge briefly. Reconstitute the lyophilized protein with distilled water to a concentration exceeding 100 μg/mL. Aliquot after initial reconstitution to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
