Human IL-23 alpha&Mouse IL-12 beta Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Arg20-Pro189(Human IL-23 alpha) & Met23-Ser335(Mouse IL-12 beta).[Accession | Q9NPF7(Human IL-23 alpha)&P43432-1(Mouse IL-12 beta)]

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 21.7 kDa (Human IL-23 alpha) & 35.8 kDa (Mouse IL-12 beta). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 22 kDa (Human IL-23 alpha) & 45-60 kDa (Mouse IL-12 beta) based on SDS-PAGE result.

Endotoxin

Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.

Activity

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human IL-23 alpha&Mouse IL-12 beta, His Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/Well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human IL-23R, mFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.88μg/ml determined by ELISA.
