Biotinylated Human IGF1R/CD221 Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-Terminus. It contains Glu31-Asn932.[Accession | P08069]

Molecular Weight

The protein has a predicted MW of 105.8 kDa (alpha subunit) and 23 kDa (beta subunit). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 110-120 kDa (alpha subunit) and 52-55 kDa (beta subunit) based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Activity

ELISA Data: Immobilized Anti-IGF1R Antibody at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Human IGF1R, His Tag with the EC50 of 48.0ng/ml determined by ELISA.

ELISA Data:Immobilized Biotinylated Human IGF1R, His Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the streptavidin precoated plate (5μg/ml). Dose response curve for Human IGF-I, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 0.73μg/ml determined by ELISA.

Formulation

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Reconstitution

Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
