PDGF is a disulfide-linked dimer consisting of two 12.0-13.5 kDa polypeptide chains, named PDGF-A and PDGF-B. PDGF is stored in platelet α-granules and released upon platelet activation. PDGF is involved in many biological processes, including proliferation, chemotaxis, embryonic neuronal development, and respiratory tubule epithelial cell development.
Use sterile deionized water to reconstitute the freeze-dried protein. It is recommended to divide the protein into aliquots when using it for the first time to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Applications
