描述
Axl 是 TAM 受体酪氨酸激酶家族中广泛表达的糖蛋白。TAM 家族受体（Dtk/Tyro3、Axl 和 Mer）参与调节炎症反应、细胞存活和迁移以及肿瘤形成。Axl 在实体癌中高度表达，并促进体内肿瘤形成和肿瘤细胞侵袭。它有助于血管重塑和炎症细胞浸润，以应对高血压和血流受限。
