描述
白细胞介素 13 (IL-13) 是一种免疫调节细胞因子，主要由活化的 Th2 细胞以及肥大细胞和 NK 细胞产生。IL-13 对单核细胞和巨噬细胞具有抗炎作用，并抑制 IL-1β、TNF-α、IL-6 和 IL-8 等炎症细胞因子的表达。IL-13 还能增强 B 细胞增殖并诱导异构体转换，从而增加 IgE 的产生。
